1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, browsing, registering an account on, or using the 35jili website (hereinafter "the Platform"), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions (hereinafter "the Terms"), as well as our Privacy Policy and any additional rules or policies posted on the Platform. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you (hereinafter "the Player," "you," or "your") and 35jili (hereinafter "the Company," "we," "us," or "our").

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform and close your account. Continued use of the Platform after any modification to these Terms constitutes acceptance of those modifications.

The Company reserves the right to amend, modify, or update these Terms at any time without prior notice. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this document indicates when the most recent changes were made. Material changes will be communicated via email to the address associated with your account or through a notification on the Platform.

2. Eligibility and Account Registration

2.1 Age Requirement

You must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age to register an account, deposit funds, or participate in any gaming activity on 35jili. This age restriction is mandated by Philippine law and enforced by PAGCOR. By registering an account, you represent and warrant that you meet this minimum age requirement.

The Company reserves the right to request proof of age at any time. Acceptable forms of identification include a valid Philippine driver's license, passport, PRC ID, Unified Multi-Purpose ID (UMID), or any government-issued ID displaying your full name, photograph, and date of birth. Failure to provide satisfactory proof of age within seven (7) calendar days of the request will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of any account balance.

2.2 Jurisdictional Restrictions

35jili is licensed by PAGCOR to provide online gaming services exclusively to individuals physically located within the territory of the Republic of the Philippines. You may not access or use the Platform if you are located outside the Philippines, regardless of your citizenship or residency status.

The use of Virtual Private Networks (VPNs), proxy servers, or any other technology designed to mask or alter your true geographic location is strictly prohibited. The Company employs geolocation verification technology to confirm that players are accessing the Platform from within the Philippines. Any attempt to circumvent these controls will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of all funds.

2.3 Account Ownership and Responsibility

Each Player is permitted to maintain only one (1) account on the Platform. The creation or use of multiple accounts (commonly referred to as "multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. The Company employs sophisticated detection systems to identify duplicate accounts based on name, address, email, phone number, payment method, IP address, device fingerprint, and other identifying information.

If the Company determines that you have opened or are using more than one account, we reserve the right to close all such accounts immediately, void all pending bets and transactions, and forfeit any balances held in those accounts. Any winnings derived from the use of multiple accounts will be confiscated. In cases of suspected fraud or abuse, we reserve the right to report the matter to PAGCOR and other relevant authorities.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials (username and password). You must not share your login information with any third party. Any activity conducted through your account will be deemed to have been authorized by you, and you will be held liable for all such activity. If you suspect that your account has been compromised or accessed without your authorization, you must notify 35jili customer support immediately.

2.4 Accurate Information

All information provided during registration must be complete, accurate, and truthful. You agree to update your account information promptly if any details change (such as address, phone number, or email). Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information is a serious violation of these Terms and may result in account closure, forfeiture of funds, and legal action.

3. Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payment Processing

3.1 Deposits

Players may fund their 35jili accounts using any of the payment methods made available on the Platform, which may include but are not limited to GCash, Maya (formerly PayMaya), bank transfer, online banking, and cryptocurrency (USDT TRC20). All deposits are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP) unless otherwise stated.

Deposits are generally credited to your account instantly, though processing times may vary depending on the payment method and the policies of third-party payment processors. The Company does not charge deposit fees; however, your bank or payment provider may impose its own charges.

Minimum and maximum deposit limits are displayed on the cashier page and may vary by payment method. The Company reserves the right to adjust these limits at any time without prior notice.

3.2 Withdrawals

Players may request withdrawals of available account balances subject to the following conditions:

• Your account must be fully verified through our Know Your Customer (KYC) process. This requires submission of a valid government-issued ID and proof of address (such as a utility bill or bank statement issued within the last three months).
• You must have met any applicable wagering requirements associated with bonuses or promotions. Funds derived from bonuses cannot be withdrawn until the specified wagering conditions are fulfilled.
• Withdrawals must be made to an account or wallet registered in your own name. Third-party withdrawals are not permitted under any circumstances.

3.3 Anti-Money Laundering (AML) Compliance

35jili is committed to preventing money laundering and complies with all applicable Philippine AML regulations. The Company reserves the right to monitor all transactions and to report any suspicious activity to PAGCOR, the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC), or other relevant authorities.

In accordance with AML best practices, you must wager deposited funds at least one (1) time before requesting a withdrawal. Deposits and immediate withdrawals without gaming activity may be flagged as suspicious and subject to investigation.

4. Bonuses, Promotions, and Wagering Requirements

35jili may offer various bonuses, promotions, free spins, and loyalty rewards (collectively "Promotions") from time to time. All Promotions are subject to specific terms and conditions, which will be displayed on the relevant promotional page or communicated via email.

4.1 Eligibility

Unless otherwise stated, Promotions are available only to verified players who meet the eligibility criteria specified in the promotional terms. The Company reserves the right to exclude players from Promotions at its sole discretion, including but not limited to players who have violated these Terms or engaged in bonus abuse.

4.2 Wagering Requirements

Most bonuses require you to wager the bonus amount (and sometimes the deposit amount) a specified number of times before any winnings can be withdrawn. For example, a bonus with a 30x wagering requirement means you must place bets totaling thirty (30) times the bonus amount.

Not all games contribute equally toward wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%, while table games, live casino, and certain other games may contribute a lower percentage or not at all. The contribution rates will be specified in the promotional terms.

4.3 Bonus Abuse

The Company has a zero-tolerance policy toward bonus abuse. Prohibited activities include but are not limited to:

If the Company determines that you have engaged in bonus abuse, we reserve the right to void all bonuses, confiscate winnings, and close your account.

5. Prohibited Activities and Player Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 35jili Platform:

• Fraud and Cheating: Any attempt to manipulate game outcomes, exploit software vulnerabilities, or engage in fraudulent activity is prohibited and will result in immediate account closure and legal action.
• Collusion: Players are prohibited from colluding with other players or third parties to gain an unfair advantage in multiplayer games or promotions.
• Use of Automated Tools: The use of bots, scripts, or other automated tools to interact with the Platform is strictly prohibited.
• Chargebacks and Payment Disputes: Initiating chargebacks or payment disputes through your bank or payment provider without first attempting to resolve the issue with 35jili customer support is considered a material breach of these Terms.
• Offensive Conduct: Harassment, abusive language, or any form of offensive conduct directed at other players or Company staff is prohibited and may result in account suspension or closure.

6. Intellectual Property Rights

All content on the 35jili Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, software, game interfaces, and audio/visual materials, is the property of the Company or its licensors and is protected by Philippine and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, reverse engineer, or create derivative works from any content on the Platform without the express written consent of the Company.

7. Limitation of Liability and Disclaimers

To the fullest extent permitted by Philippine law, 35jili and its officers, directors, employees, affiliates, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, punitive, or special damages arising out of or related to your use of the Platform, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. The Company does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components.

In no event shall the Company's total liability to you for all claims arising out of or related to the use of the Platform exceed the amount you have deposited into your account during the six (6) months preceding the claim.

8. Account Termination and Suspension

The Company reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including but not limited to:

• Violation of these Terms or any applicable laws or regulations.
• Provision of false or misleading information.
• Suspected fraud, mon ey laundering, or other illicit activity.
• Engagement in bonus abuse or other forms of abuse.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• Request for self-exclusion under our responsible gaming program.

Upon termination, your right to use the Platform will immediately cease. Any remaining balance in your account (excluding forfeited bonus funds) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of any pending investigations and wagering requirements.

You may close your account at any time by contacting customer support. Account closures are typically processed within seven (7) business days.

9. Dispute Resolution and Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any disputes arising out of or related to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Philippine courts and PAGCOR's dispute resolution procedures.

If you have a complaint or dispute, you must first attempt to resolve it by contacting 35jili customer support. If the matter cannot be resolved through customer support, you may escalate the issue to PAGCOR's regulatory and arbitration services in accordance with PAGCOR procedures.

Any legal action or proceeding arising out of or related to these Terms must be commenced within one (1) year after the cause of action accrues. You waive any right to participate in class action lawsuits or class-wide arbitration.

10. General Provisions

10.1 Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, such provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable, or if modification is not possible, severed from these Terms. The remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

10.2 Waiver

The Company's failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision. No waiver of any term shall be deemed a further or continuing waiver of such term or any other term.

10.3 Assignment

You may not assign or transfer your rights or obligations under these Terms without the prior written consent of the Company. The Company may assign or transfer its rights and obligations under these Terms at any time without restriction.

10.4 Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any additional rules or policies posted on the Platform, constitute the entire agreement between you and 35jili regarding the use of the Platform and supersede all prior agreements, understandings, and communications, whether written or oral.
